I used an illustration by Mary Engelbreit to make this 1:24 scale scarecrow.
The crows are made of clay. The scarecrow is made of fabric. The hay is a landscaping product to look like straw. It may be made from hair.
The base wood and made for a dome. I added Celluclay to for the dirt and painted it. The leaves are all punched from painted paper and then shaped using a mouse pad and ball stylus.
The hat is made of felt with a silk ribbon band.
The pumpkins were purchased.
